A detailed Story Exposing Fraud at the Rivera Beach / Singer Island CRA.

With the help of a few good sources along with their extensive forensic accounting report, this story was compiled detailing the fraudulent practices of this government agency.

Fraud included:

A former executive director who wrote his own checks.

Personal use of company credit cards.

Over $9 million paid to consultants, contractors, attorneys as well as consultants to oversee consultants for unnecessary work.

As well as a complete conflict of interest as city council members appointed each other board members of the CRA.
